Bruschetta Pasta Salad

Begin by getting your prep out of the way: slice your cherry tomatoes in half, dice your red onion, mince your garlic, and slice the basil. In a large bowl combine the cherry tomatoes, red onion, garlic, basil, extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and salt & pepper in a bowl. Mix well and set aside to marinate while your pasta cooks. To a pot of boiling salted water add the pasta. Cook until al dente, strain, and add to the bowl, along with the mozzarella balls. Mix well and garnish with as much parmesan and balsamic glaze as desired. Enjoy!
